Here is way to change the password of WINDOWS OS from command line by entering command line
follow the below steps to do this
1) Start > Run > “cmd” [Enter],
2) type -- "net user user name password" not quotes
(no need of old password)
3) or you can type -- net user username
it will ask for password
that's it
